Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafter with strong residential design experience to support the development of construction documents, design plans, and project drawings. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of residential building codes, architectural standards, and drafting best practices.
Requirements
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and site layouts for residential projects using AutoCAD.
- Develop and update construction documents based on design specifications, field measurements, and client requirements.
- Maintain organized project files, drawing logs, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve design conflicts, verify dimensions, and ensure accuracy.
