Lattice is looking for a Software Engineer to join their team. The role involves building software to help companies build cultures in which their employees thrive. The team uses a modern tech stack, including Typescript, React, Relay Modern, GraphQL, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience writing and maintaining production-level applications
• Production-level experience in TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Node.js
• Efficiency in SQL and knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL
• Ability to understand product requirements and translate them into a product experience
• Clear and concise communication skills
