Job Description
Lattice is hiring a Staff Software Engineer, AI to join their Engineering team. The role involves architecting and scaling the infrastructure that powers AI quality, reliability, and reuse across Lattice. The successful candidate will design and scale an end-to-end AI evaluation framework and define meaningful performance metrics.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience writing and maintaining production-level code
- 5+ years in designing, delivering, and operating AI/ML systems in production
- Production-grade Python skills
- Experience with LangGraph and LLM observability/evaluation tooling
- Vector databases and retrieval system design skills
