Full-Stack Engineer

LatticeFlow AI is an evidence-based AI governance platform that helps enterprises assess, monitor, and manage AI risk at scale. As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will play a key role in building the core of the platform that will unlock the future of AI governance.

Requirements

• Strong programming fundamentals in an object-oriented language (Python preferred)
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React) and languages like TypeScript/JavaScript
• Comfortable working across the stack and operating in ambiguous problem spaces
• High ownership focused on getting things done: proactive, self-directed, startup-minded, accountable for outcomes, and able to ship quickly without compromising long-term code quality
• Excellent communicator who thrives on cross-functional collaboration
• Curious and always learning: adaptable, motivated, and continuously improving
• Comfortable working from the office and thrive in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
