Case Manager - Families Crisis & Transitional Support

Launch Housing is a community organisation committed to ending homelessness. We are seeking a Case Manager to provide housing first and trauma informed support services to families and children experiencing homelessness.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in social work or related discipline
• Understanding of the impact of homelessness on families
• Experience working with families in homelessness and/or family violence service systems
• Valid Victorian driver's licence
