Intensive Case Manager

Launch Housing is a community organisation committed to ending homelessness. The Intensive Case Manager will support clients with complex needs and challenging behaviours to achieve their goals and secure housing.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in human services
• Direct experience in delivering services to clients with complex needs
• Understanding of housing and homelessness policy, context, and systems
• Ability to work collaboratively with others towards effective client solutions
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-developed organisational and time management skills
• Ability to build positive relationships and communicate with people of diverse backgrounds and abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Valid Victorian Driver's License
