Launch Housing is a community organisation committed to ending homelessness. The Intensive Case Manager will support clients with complex needs and challenging behaviours to achieve their goals and secure housing.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in human services
- Direct experience in delivering services to clients with complex needs
- Understanding of housing and homelessness policy, context, and systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with others towards effective client solutions
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills
- Ability to build positive relationships and communicate with people of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Valid Victorian Driver's License
