Assistant Regional Manager - Operations

Laundryheap is an award-winning startup transforming the laundry and dry cleaning industry, with a focus on delivering clean clothes within 24 hours. The Assistant Regional Manager - Operations role is responsible for owning and scaling driver operations across EU and US, while providing remote operational support to on-ground teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations roles within fast-paced, tech-oriented companies
• Strong people management experience, with prior responsibility for managing at least 5–10 team members
• Experience across operations and strategy, with the ability to move between execution and planning
• Proven ability to operate in high-growth, ambiguous environments with strong decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical capability with Google Sheets and/or MS Excel (intermediate to advanced)
