We’re hiring a Product Manager to own our customer-facing apps and critical booking and checkout journeys. This role focuses on acquisition, conversion, and first-order experience.
Requirements
- Own customer-facing apps
- Lead key purchase journeys
- Partner with Head of Product Design to drive UX quality across core flows
- Partner with Marketing to define and prioritize roadmap items that improve clarity and conversion
- Partner with Retention to help drive repeat usage
- Design and run A/B tests to validate product hypotheses
- Define success metrics, guardrails, and stopping criteria
- Query data directly using SQL to analyze funnels and experiment results
- Write concise, clear product requirements
- Work closely with Design and Engineering to ship iteratively
