Job Description
We are looking for a Telecoms Provisioning and Customer Service Advisor with a strong technical understanding and good provisioning, billing, and fault-finding qualities to support the growth of our operations team. Your role will concentrate on customer service and a mixture of provisioning, faults diagnostics, billing, and technical support issues.
