Job Description
FLSA: Hourly, Non-exempt position for Paramedic at the County of Laurens, SC. The Paramedic will provide leadership to lower-level EMTs, administer life-saving care to critically injured or ill patients, prepare records, and perform related work. Supervision is provided initially with access to license/certification.
Requirements
- Requires an Associate's degree or equivalent (2+ years EMT experience) or equivalent combination of training and experience
- S.C. EMT-Paramedic certification
- Basic Life Support, Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support or Basic Trauma Life Support certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and CEVO certification
- Valid state driver's license
