Job Description
We are seeking a Director of FP&A to lead financial planning, analysis, and decision support across our organization's commercial segments. As a strategic finance leader, you will drive financial planning, support growth initiatives, optimize profitability, and ensure financial rigor across forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or corporate finance
- Proven experience partnering with senior commercial leadership in a multi-channel or consumer-focused business
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level
