Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will manage customer-specific label printing processes, create work instructions, identify risks, analyze production problems, and assist with optimization. This role involves interacting with various departments to improve efficiency and ensure high-quality product releases.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong technical knowledge of metal working and plating processes
- Ability to read and interpret engineering instructions & blueprints
- Ability to understand complex geometry, drawing requirements and geometric tolerancing
- Possess strong CAD skills
- Possess strong process engineering skills including: work piece control concepts, tolerance stacking, datum controls, and fixturing concepts
- Able to use and interpret precision measuring devices including micrometers, verniers, hand tools & gages
- Understanding of company policies and maintaining professionalism
