Our client is a premier residential construction company in the ADU market in Sacramento, seeking an ADU Sales Consultant to drive sales in a high-demand market. The role offers the chance to be part of a company at the forefront of a rapidly growing market, with a steady stream of inbound leads and the potential for substantial earnings.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven B2C sales experience in ADUs, Residential Construction, Real Estate, or Property Management within the U.S. market
- In-depth knowledge of ADUs and residential construction
- Full professional working proficiency in English (Level C1-C2 American English)
- Ideally, fluency in Russian or another Slavic language.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, dashboards, AI tools, and other sales software
- A valid CA driving license and a car, with the ability to work from the North Highlands office and drive throughout the Greater Sacramento Area
