Requirements
- Evaluate prospective customer needs and uncover requirements for privacy governance solutions
- Deliver compelling product demos to technical and non-technical audiences
- Articulate the technical value proposition and key differentiating capabilities to prospective customers and partners
- Prepare and present proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and respond to RFIs
- Partner with Sales and Product Development teams to develop tailored enterprise solutions
- Provide post-sales follow-up, technical training, and assist with post-implementation support
- Lead and execute proof-of-concept (POC) efforts ensuring total customer satisfaction
- Hold technical discussions and converse confidently with CIOs and CISOs
- Develop technical architecture diagrams, flow charts, and documentation
