Privacy Program Specialist

World is building a real human network designed to accelerate people in the age of AI. The company is seeking a Privacy Program Specialist to support the execution of the company's privacy compliance program, aligning operations with global and regional privacy laws and frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Privacy, Data Protection, Information Security, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in privacy, compliance, data protection, or related operational functions.
• Experience supporting privacy program execution in a dynamic environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of major privacy laws and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, LGPD, CCPA/CPRA) and familiarity with global privacy issues.
• Experience assisting with privacy impact assessments (PIAs/DPIAs), vendor risk assessments and data subject request responses is desirable.
• Capable of defining an agenda and ensuring it gets done on time and efficiently, along the way demonstrating judgment, practicality, resourcefulness, proactivity, and attention to detail.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• A proactive and collaborative team player with a positive attitude and sense of humor.
