Job Description
Our client is looking for a Restaurant Manager for their luxury hotel in Hertfordshire. The property is high profile, serving quality cuisine at 2 rosette level, to customers in a formal environment. The restaurant is set within a hotel and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner to hotel guests, corporate groups and external customers.
Requirements
- Experience in a restaurant management role is essential
- Previous fine dining experience and worked to AA standards
- Good knowledge of food and wines
Benefits
- Salary between £35,000 and £38,000 plus tips
