Job Description
Our client is looking for a Sous Chef for their independent Italian restaurant in Soho. The restaurant is fresh led and utilises some of the best ingredients within its dishes. The successful Sous Chef will work alongside the Head Chef to assist them with the successful execution of the kitchen needs.

- Delivering food consistently to a high standard
- Ensuring the highest standards of food preparation & presentation in the kitchen
- To be standards driven and have good organisational skills and a genuine passion
