LawnStarter is a marketplace for lawn care and outdoor services that connects homeowners with service professionals across 120+ markets with $100M+ in annual bookings. The company is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to build a paid acquisition channel for service professionals and overcome supply gaps in priority markets.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on paid social and interrupt channels
• Personal management of six- or seven-figure monthly budgets across Google and Meta
• Experience in building campaigns, analyzing data, and iterating on creative concepts
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in growth marketing
