Job Description
LawnStarter is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to build and execute a paid acquisition engine for service professionals, leveraging paid social, search, and job marketplaces to drive growth and activation. The role requires a hands-on, data-driven approach to strategy, creative, and market prioritization, with a focus on conversion and outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on paid social and interrupt marketing
- Proven track record of managing six- or seven-figure monthly budgets across Google and Meta
- Expertise in conversion rate optimization, landing page development, and data analysis
- Ability to mine data to inform top-of-funnel decisions and drive downstream outcomes
- Experience in supply-side marketplace acquisition (drivers, hosts, couriers, taskers) is a plus
