Werkstudent Post Sales (all genders)

We're looking for a Post Sales Working Student to contribute actively in Post Sales, Customer Success, and CRM Management during their studies. As a Working Student, you'll shape the operational excellence behind strong customer relationships and ensure processes run smoothly, customer data is accurate, and our post-sales team can efficiently scale.

Requirements

• Registered student in the field of business administration, business informatics, communication or a comparable field
• First practical experiences in the field of Customer Success, Sales, Operations or in a SaaS environment
• Secure language skills in German and good English language skills in writing and speaking
• Flexible working hours and ability to work on a hybrid model
• Ability to work with a CRM like Salesforce, Excel or Google Sheets
