Requirements
- Provide technical leadership and management oversight of staff within the CMM section
- Identify, formulate, execute, and manage performance standards for the CMM organization
- Lead, promote, and ensure the proper application of Laboratory and DTED policies and procedures
- Collaborate with DTED senior management and SD programmatic stakeholders to strategically evaluate and manage current and future workforce needs
- Interact, communicate, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding matters of significance to the organization
