We have an opening for an Electronics Technologist/Senior Electronics Technologist to support Pulsed Power Research and Development (R&D) at LLNL and off-site locations. In this role, you will provide general electronic technical support to engineering, scientific, and technical staff to plan and conduct experiments using specialized explosive, electronic and pulsed power systems.
Requirements
- Ability to secure and maintain a U.S. DOE Q-level security clearance
- Associate degree in electronics engineering technology or equivalent combination of education and prior technical experience
- Intermediate skills, knowledge, and abilities in electronics technology
- Hands-on experience in using and troubleshooting laboratory electrical instrumentation
- Ability to solve moderately complex analytical problems
