We are seeking a dynamic Optics Materials Science and Technology Manager to lead capability development for the Optics Materials Science & Technology (OMST) engineering and maintenance organization. In this role, you will oversee the management of optics processing capability projects, lead a team of engineers and designers, and interact with senior management and internal/external customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Physics, or related technical field
- Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary engineering, technology, and science teams
