Legal Assistant / Administration Assistant

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and client-focused professional to support our busy corporate and real estate practice in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 year of previous experience in a professional environment is required.
• Legal Administrative Assistant or Administration Assistant certification from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Previous legal experience considered an asset
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
