Requirements

• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Some prior legal experience through work or education
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including strong document formatting capabilities
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with meticulous attention to detail when building structured logic flows
• Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to evolving client needs
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong client relationships and provide timely, professional support
• Strong problem-solving abilities, including troubleshooting technical and process-related issues
