National Coordinator, Election Protection

The Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law is seeking a National Coordinator, Election Protection to maintain relationships, coordinate efforts with state and local partners, and oversee the 866-OUR-VOTE hotline. The role involves developing tools and materials for grassroots and coalition partners, developing outreach materials, and representing the Lawyers’ Committee at meetings and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent 4 years work experience
• At least two years of experience in organizing political, nonpartisan, issue-based, or candidate campaigns on the national and/or state level
• Demonstrated strong initiative and project management skills
• Excellent organizational/detail-oriented skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with diverse coalitions and minority communities
• Proficient in verbal and written communication
• Some travel required
• Comfortable working in a diverse and inclusive environment
