Job Description
LayerZero is a layer-one messaging protocol for cross-chain development. They are seeking an Events & Experiences Manager to own and execute company events, including product launches, partnerships, and cultural milestones. This role focuses on crafting exceptional, consistent experiences and collaborating with internal teams to measure and improve event performance.
Requirements
- 5–8 years in event strategy or experiential marketing
- Proven success delivering complex, multi-stakeholder events at scale
- Exceptional project management, vendor negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in a high-performance environment
