Quarks is seeking an Event Manager to strengthen culture, brand, and team interaction through meaningful events. This role involves organizing internal events like team building, all-hands meetings, and managing events for public companies. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning, communication tools, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on quality and problem-solving.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role
• Experience organizing events, especially for audiences of over 150 people
• Experience with the full cycle of work with contractors
• Comfortable with planning and communication tools (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace)
• Developed organizational and communication skills
• Critical and structural thinking
• Developed organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines, while preserving quality
• Bonus points: Experience with Jira
