Requirements

• Supplier Management: manage preferred supplier relationships.
• Contract Management: review and management of all supplier contracts.
• Material Demand Planning: maintain awareness of sales quotes and review incoming sales orders.
• Internal System Development: establish processes to ensure we never run out of material.
• Negotiation: negotiate to maximize value, save time, or lower risk.
• Analytics: use analytics to identify areas of opportunities to save money.
