Job Description
The Hazleton Guest Experience Director sets the pace for world-class hospitality and customer service, builds and develops strong volunteer teams, and oversees various areas, including attendee onboarding, guest experience, and special events.
Requirements
- Strong people and conflict resolution skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn appropriate software skills
