Willow Street Production Technician

Reports to the LCBC Willow Street Worship Leader, developing relationships and leading volunteers to create excellent environments by preparing, maintaining, and operating audio, video, and lighting systems.

Requirements

• Ability to motivate and lead volunteers in a team environment
• Decision-making skills in time-sensitive, live productions
• Physical ability to setup/teardown equipment, climb ladders, and lift equipment overhead
• Recruitment, training, and leadership skills
• Articulation of an identifiable salvation experience and regular attendance at LCBC
• Support of LCBC's mission, philosophy, and doctrinal statement
• Demonstrated winning attitude, cooperation, and communication skills
