Customer Service Representative (Fixed Term)

The LCBO is looking for Summer Customer Service Representatives to work between May 4, 2026 and September 7, 2026. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide a positive and memorable customer experience, inspire others, and share your knowledge with customers.

Requirements

• Serve customers using our cash register system, promptly, courteously and responsibly
• Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys
• Ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all
• Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs/18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods
