Customer Service Representative (Fixed Term)

The LCBO is looking for Summer Customer Service Representatives to work between May 4, 2026 and September 7, 2026. This role involves providing an engaging customer experience, learning about store operations, customer service, and product knowledge, and working in a retail store.

Requirements

• Serve customers using our cash register system
• Ask for donations for our partner charities
• Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys
• Receive product, replenish it on the shelves, face-up products
• Ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all
