Customer Service Representative (Fixed Term)

We are looking for great people who are passionate about delivering an engaging customer experience that keeps our customers coming back. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have a chance to inspire others and share your knowledge with our customers.

Requirements

• Serve customers using our cash register system, promptly, courteously and responsibly, providing a positive and memorable customer experience
• Ask for donations for our partner charities (our Spirit of Sustainability Campaign)
• Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys
• Receive product, replenish it on the shelves, face-up products
• Ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all (clean up spills and broken bottles)
• Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs/18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods
