Job Description
The LCBO is looking for Summer Customer Service Representatives to work between May 4, 2026 and September 7, 2026, providing a positive and memorable customer experience, and sharing knowledge with customers. As part of the role, employees will learn about store operations, customer service, and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Serve customers using our cash register system
- Ask for donations for our partner charities
- Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys
- Receive product, replenish it on the shelves, face-up products
- Ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all
