Job Description
The Pharmacy Technician provides technical support to the pharmacy/healthcare professional(s) through medication preparation, delivery of medications and cart fill exchange. Performs technical duties in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Certified Pharmacy Technician
- Under direct supervision, procures, receives, prepares, packages, distributes and disposes of medications and pharmaceutical supplies
- Ensures product verification by the appropriate pharmacy professional and facilitates the distribution of medications to maintain product integrity
