Job Description
The Cypress of Hilton Head is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. The role involves providing hospitality-focused care to residents in a skilled nursing department.
Requirements
- Active South Carolina Practical or Registered Nurse license or compact license
- Relevant degree from an accredited college/program
- Education, training, and/or experience in rehabilitative nursing, geriatric nursing, and/or psychosocial nursing
- Knowledge of DHEC, CMS, and other agency requirements
- Ability to communicate, understand, empathize, and work with residents, families, visitors, peers, and subordinates
