LPN / LVN

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Professional Nurse to join our Health Center team at Carillon Senior Living in Lubbock, TX. The LPN/LVN will provide direct nursing care to residents, delegate and supervise the care provided by Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants, and assist with various duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing
• Maintains a current license with the Texas State Board of Nurse Examiners for Vocational Nursing
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (CPR – Healthcare Provider) certification
• At least one-year experience as charge nurse in a geriatric setting
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to work cooperatively with other healthcare professionals and other departments within the system
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
