Job Description
The Family Services Supervisor- Prevention/In-Home Services position is a supervisory role serving the localities of Augusta County, Staunton, and Waynesboro. The Supervisor will oversee the Prevention Unit, including In-Home Services, Family Support, and Family Partnership Meeting facilitation staff, and will work closely with Child Protective Services.
Requirements
- Supervision and direct oversight of a Prevention Services unit
- Evaluating and assigning cases and monitoring caseloads
- Ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and procedures
- Monitoring and evaluating staff performance
- Resolving complex policy and customer service issues
- Maintaining effective professional relationships with community partners
