Physician - Sleep Medicine

Physician – Sleep Medicine position at Evans Army Hospital at Fort Carson, responsible for comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with sleep disorders, interpreting and reviewing sleep-related diagnostic tests, and developing individualized treatment plans.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
• Minimum of 12 months within the last 36 months of current, independent clinical experience in sleep medicine.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• Board eligible or board certified in Sleep Medicine (ABMS or AOA recognized).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• U.S. Citizen.
