Civil Project Manager - Water Resources

The Wooten Company is seeking a motivated and innovative Project Manager to join their growing Water Resources Practice. This role involves leading and managing water, wastewater, and stormwater projects for both local and private clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project delivery, client communication, and team leadership, with a focus on growth and contribution within the South Carolina municipal water resources field.

Requirements

• Maintain effective liaison and relationships with clients on a variety of water and wastewater utilities projects.
• Develop project scope, budgets, and work plans and manage project adhering to these items.
• Direct, coordinate, and supervise activities of project personnel and team members to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
• Preparation of necessary calculations, reports, specifications and other project materials.
• Motivate team personnel toward performance excellence in all assigned tasks.
• Assist Practice with achievement of Financial Goals
• Perform QA/QC functions to help ensure projects meet client expectations and engineering excellence.
