Site Civil Practice Manager

The Wooten Company's Columbia, SC office is seeking a team-focused, innovative Site Civil Practice Manager with strong site design background to join and lead our Civil Site Team. As a highly motivated civil or environmental engineer (PE) with a seasoned depth of experience, you will be responsible for managing the practice, implementing strategies to increase client base, financial metrics, and promoting teamwork within a positive environment.

Requirements

• Formulate and oversee business development, marketing, and strategic planning for the practice in the regional office.
• Supervise, monitor, and maintain effective client liaisons and relationships; serve as the primary client contact for site civil clients in South Carolina.
• Routinely network in the community/South Carolina to improve the presence and reputation in the region and company.
• Serve as Senior Project Manager with the ability to set and track budgets and schedules, conduct project meetings, monitor and pursue accounts receivables, and prepare project invoicing.
• Direct and provide technical assistance and oversight on site development projects, including grading, drainage, stormwater management, and erosion control.
