Job Description
Join our global IT operations team and take responsibility for the continuous operation and accessibility of the network, including WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi. Further develop and implement a global network strategy and support the modernization of the network.
Requirements
- University degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable training
- Large corporate network experience
- Expertise in routing, switching, firewalling, troubleshooting, and network design
- Knowledge of service processes according to ITIL (ITIL Foundation)
- Experience with operational processes and ITSM (incident and change management)
- Cisco CCNP/CCIE advantageous
