Job Description
Take over management of technical building operations and personnel planning; Ensure compliance with technical and legal regulations in the electrical sector; Plan maintenance and repair measures independently.
Requirements
- Education as electronics technician / electrician / industrial electronics technician (m/w/d)
- Several years of work experience and/or further education as technician / electrical master (m/w/d)
- Relevant work experience in technical building management and/or building technology
- Employee management experience desirable
- Professional knowledge regarding legal regulations and framework conditions
- Safe handling of PC and MS Office knowledge required
