Director of Special Projects

Leadership Roundtable is a nonprofit organization that provides management and leadership development support to Catholic leaders. The Director of Special Projects is a remote, full-time position responsible for supporting the executive team, managing events, and executing special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in nonprofit operations, events management, and/or executive administration
• Proven track record managing complex events
• Experience working closely with senior executives or leadership teams
• Superior project management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel for events and convenings
