Job Description
We are seeking an experienced M&A Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will work on various M&A transactions, providing financial analysis, due diligence, and deal execution support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CFA certification preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or related field.
- Strong financial analysis, modeling, and valuation skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills preferred.
