Job Description
Our client is seeking a seasoned Medical Manager to lead our underwriting and claims operations, ensuring compliance and service quality through Third-Party Administrators (TPAs). The Medical Manager will oversee underwriting and claims handling procedures, supervise departmental staff, and ensure accurate documentation. Additionally, the role will involve client and business development, operational and financial oversight, medical network and service coordination, and strategic and market analysis.
Requirements
- 6-9 years of relevant experience
- At least 4-5 years in a managerial role
- University graduate with a professional certification/membership in a relevant field
