Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage clients' accounts and oversee projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production, manufacturing, events, or exhibitions and excellent project management skills.
Requirements
- Production/manufacturing/events/exhibitions background
- 5-7 years of experience in project management in the UAE
- Multiple accounts/projects management experience with client-facing skills
- Strong project management understanding from brief to execution and handover
- Estimations, costing, cost planning, and control expertise
- Knowledge of high-end finishing, permanent, duty-free, fit-out elements, and fixtures
- Experience with installations, on-site supervision, and planning processes
- Understanding of technical and production drawings (CAD knowledge is a plus)
- Client-facing negotiations and contract process understanding
