Job Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with a valid G-category license to join their growing construction team in Dubai. The role covers design, execution, and supervision of building projects up to the height/level permitted by the engineer's G-category license (G+1, G+2, G+3, G+4, G+5, G+ unlimited) as per Dubai Municipality regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university
- Valid G-category license issued by Dubai Municipality (any G level: G+1, G+2, G+3, G+4, G+5, G+ unlimited)
- Minimum 5years of UAE/Gulf construction experience; senior roles require 8+years
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, Primavera / MSProject, and structural analysis software
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Building Codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and G-license scope limits for all G levels
- Excellent English (written & spoken); Arabic is a plus
- Ability to travel and work on multiple sites across Dubai
