Senior Affiliate Manager

The Senior Affiliate Manager is a reliable point of contact for each client (Publisher) that is required to establish a strong business relationship. This role involves managing, growing, and optimizing relationships with existing publishers, analyzing traffic metrics, and identifying low-quality or non-compliant traffic.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Affiliate Marketing experience (U.S. market mandatory)
• Proven experience in Payday Loans, Insurance, or Lead Generation verticals (highly preferred)
• Strong expertise in publisher traffic analysis, risk management, and compliance
• A true sales person with strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
• Experience attending and networking at U.S. affiliate conferences
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions based on revenue, performance, and quality
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or related field is a plus)
• Fluent written and spoken English
